তো সবার মতন আমিও বেশ আশান্বিত হয়েছিলাম এই ভেবে যে ভালই তো। নতুন কোম্পানি আসলে প্রতিযোগিতা বাড়বে এবং আমরা, মানে সাধারণ গ্রাহকরা শুবিধা পাবো এবং লাভোবান হব। কিন্তু সম্প্রতি একটি ব্লগে কিছু ভয়ংকর তথ্য জানতে পারলাম। আমার মনে হলো এগুলো জানানো উচিত। আর তাই সেই ব্লগ পোস্টের এবং পাঠকদের মন্তব্যের অবলম্বনে আমি লিখছি।

Shondrae Crawford, better known as Bangladesh, or Mr. Bangladesh, is an American record producer and DJ who was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, and now lives in Atlanta, Georgia. He began producing beats in 1998, but his first big break did not come until 2000 for his production of Ludacris' hit single, What's Your Fantasy, whom he then worked with many times after. He is recently known for working with Lil Wayne, producing one of his biggest singles - A Milli. He chose the name Bangladesh because he describes his sample-free, keyboard centric production style as "Bangladesh. It's just Bangladesh. It's foreign to the ears." In the beginning of most of his songs, you can hear an almost robotic voice saying "Bangladesh" or a female saying "Ooo La La Bangladesh". Crawford is known for using heavy basses in his productions.

"Trigger Happy" : Excessive Use of Force by Indian Troops at the Bangladesh Border (Summary).

This report documents a pattern of
grave abuses by India’s Border Security Force (BSF) against both
Bangladeshi and Indian nationals in the border area along India’s 2,000
kilometer long international fontier with Bangladesh in West Bengal state. The
abuses include cases of indiscriminate killing and torture.
Most of the abuses documented in
this report are related to efforts by the Indian government to deal with
cross-border smuggling, particularly cattle-rustling. However, as this report
shows, the abusive methods used by the BSF are disproportionate to the problems
that the Indian government faces on its eastern border. Numerous ordinary
Indian and Bangladeshi citizens resident in the border area end up as the
victims of BSF abuses, which range from verbal abuse and intimidation to
torture, beatings, and killings. Furthermore, because of the near total absence
of effective accountability mechanisms for abuses carried out by members of the
BSF, even the most serious abuses by border guards go unpunished. This sends a
clear message that the Indian government finds such abuses acceptable.

Result: Bangladesh 194 for 4 (Raqibul 65, Siddique 53) beat Zimbabwe 191 (Razzak 5-30, Shakib 4-39) by six wickets and 5 Match ODI series is leveled by 1-1.
Abdur Razzak and Shakib Al Hasan spun a web around Zimbabwe, and their
batsmen ensured it didn't unravel to level the five-match ODI series 1-1
in Mirpur. The left-arm spin duo took nine wickets between them as
Zimbabwe lurched to 191. The spinners did what they have become increasingly adept at, putting
the squeeze on Zimbabwe's batsmen on a typically slow Mirpur surface
that did not turn much, and Razzak finished them off with a late hat-trick.
